Chico von Jampol is a classic looking 5 year old German Shepherd. He looks super well cared for and we don’t know how he ended up in a shelter. We have been getting calls about people losing their homes, so maybe Chico’s family lost their home. Chico we can see has lived a sheltered life, the streets of downtown scare him, homeless people are not something he is used too. He will make a ten foot circle around them. The kennel where he is boarded is deafening, he wanted to go home with the volunteer who took his pictures. We can’t wait until Chico is home in his new quiet home curled up on the rug in the living room, that is where he belongs.
